Obviously, from not having a post that chronicles every morsel that enters my mouth, you can assume that the scale is showing a downward spiral.
So let's recap the last several weeks:
10/7 total lost to date - 7.8 pounds
10/10 have a piece of carrot cake. just a small piece mind you, with wicked good cream cheese frosting made with 2 sticks of butter, 12 0z cream cheese and a pound of powdered sugar results in a net gain of 1.4 pounds
10/21 After a week of near starvation, the scales shows a whopping loss of .5 pounds.
TWO WEEKS LATER-----on 10/28 the scale shows a loss of 1.6 pounds
Bringing the total loss to 8.5 pounds!
Moral of this story.....stay away from Carrot Cake......it will kill you.
